By downloading, installing or using software provided by Piranha Tool, the User acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.
In the case of modification of the General Terms and Conditions, the version published on https://www.piranhatool.com website shall be applied exclusively. As a result, we ask Users to check this page frequently to keep informed of any modifications.
2. Orders/Party Assuming Financial Responsibility
The ordering process is managed by our payment processors and resellers. All online orders received via our website are processed through secure payment gateways. Our payment partners handle customer service enquiries related to billing and payment processing. After a transaction, financial claims are handled by the respective payment processor.
3. Services
Users subscribed to the services of Piranha Tool are entitled to download and use the software and programs made available to them according to their subscription level and license terms.
4. Termination of Services
Piranha Tool is responsible, to the extent of its resources, for ensuring the availability of the Website and the means to download resources, programs and services for its customers.
Piranha Tool shall not be liable for any downtime or inability to access its products or services, including customer service and downloading or activating Piranha Tool products due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Response Time/Support
The response time to requests for information, support and assistance regarding the use and/or payment of services, software or any other products provided by Piranha Tool may take up to 3 working days.
The Piranha Tool customer service will do its best to minimize this time. Our current average response time is around 12-24 hours, not including weekends and holidays.
6. Device Ownership and Legal Compliance
CRITICAL LEGAL REQUIREMENT:
Before removing any manufacturer lock, including FRP Lock, Samsung Knox, or any other security feature, it is the responsibility of the user and/or license holder to ensure that the device's rightful owner has approved the removal of the lock.
This applies in cases where technical or other reasons have made it impossible to unlock or activate the device using the owner's known account, thereby preventing them from using their own device.
Since the primary purpose of manufacturer locks is to restrict device usage exclusively to the rightful owner, verifying ownership and obtaining approval before use is both necessary and mandatory!
User Responsibilities:
- Verify device ownership before performing any unlock operations
- Obtain written consent from device owner when applicable
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
- Use the software only for legitimate purposes
- Not use the software for illegal activities or theft
7. Limitations of Liability
Piranha Tool shall not be liable for any suspension of all or part of the features of its sites, due to the acts or failure of Piranha Tool or any third party. By subscribing to the services of Piranha Tool, the Users acknowledge and accept that within the framework of this regulation, Piranha Tool, its affiliated companies or companies involved in the maintenance, production or subcontracting of the services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental damages, or for moral damages, costs, losses, loss of sales or any other liability (even if such damages were foreseeable or could have been avoided by Piranha Tool), which are likely to occur during the use of the services or, on the contrary, if the sites or their content cannot be used.
